The furniture in the room was outdated and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax. The food quality was disappointing, as the menu hardly changed throughout our stay, leading us to seek options outside the hotel. we noticed inadequacies in cleanliness, such as stains on the bed sheets and rust on the balcony rails.

The double room was a decent size and kept clean daily. The air conditioning worked well, which was great for the hot days. the beds were a bit hard for my liking, making it tricky to get comfy at night. Our room had a nice view, but we were overlooking a building site, which was not ideal. the bathroom was clean but felt a bit dated. it was a comfortable stay without any major complaints about the room itself.

everything was above expectations! the hotel was super clean every day, and the food was pretty good. kids loved the ice cream at lunch and dinner, and i was really impressed with how decent drinks were. the pool had the best warm water, way better than the cold pools i've seen before in bulgaria! and they have more than enough sunbeds, which made it easy to relax by the pool.
on the downside, it would be nice if there were more kids high chairs in the restaurant and it was a bit far from the beach, although we love the nice walk every day.

We had an amazing time with the kids at the hotel! The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the all-you-can-eat ice cream was a hit with everyone, even us parents! On the downside, the towels were a bit worn out, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our holiday. 🍦
